This background in addition to their experience in the fitness world for the past 10 years allows them to format a safe, smart and effective custom workout routine for you!

Prehab so you don’t need rehab

One of the things that we are known for is helping you fit your rehab and stability exercises into a fun and exciting routine. Some injuries require a long-term rehab routine, and in other cases we want to incorporate "prehab exercises" to prevent injury while we reach a fitness goal. Both can be added into a fitness routine so you can be efficient with the busy hours of your day!

How it works

The "Workout Routine" appointment requires a pre-visit questionnaire to be filled out. This allows us to gather information on your goals, equipment access, injury and health history, and what you are looking for in a routine. Once the questionnaire is complete, you will set up a 60min visit with the docs to cover the specifics of your custom workout routine.
