Supine neck range of motion

Focus:

  • Place a rolled up towel or yoga mat on the floor or on you mattress.

  • Lay over it so the roll supports the natural curve of your neck.

  • Allow neck to relax over the roll for 1-2min

  • Perform side to side rotations and "nose around the clock" motions in both directions

Suggested Frequency:

10 reps in either direction per move. Perform 1-2 times a day.

Who should perform this?

Individuals with neck tension or limited range of motion.
